Our next videochat will be with Jane Racoosin, Director of Beginnings Nursery School and Founder of Teaching Beyond the Square and LeeAnn Valvano, Assistant Director Beginnings Nursery School.  This videochat will focus on tips in setting up supervision with teachers for your upcoming school year.  LeeAnn and Jane will discuss potential ways to get the discussion started with teachers in terms of developing emergent curriculum as well as pitfalls that can happen. Their discussion will promote a culture of change, appreciation and development. They can also offer their perspectives on any challenges you might be facing as a leader in your school community.
